Foxridge has 11 filings, or sections, the oldest starting in the east near Quebec St. Each filing has a different set of covenants that contain many similarities. Use the map to the left to determine your filing. ​ See below for more detailed information and for links to the covenants.

Foxridge was first formed in 1975 and consists of 11 filings.

This neighborhood does not have a Home Owners Association (HOA), but is supported by 9 residential volunteers who are voted onto the FIA (Foxridge Improvement Association) Board. Members serve a two-year commitment.

Foxridge First Filing was recorded by Arapahoe County in 1981

Five (of the 190) homes in Foxridge West Filing No. 1 formed the Trophy Club HOA to maintain a private pool and club house.

Foxridge VIII was established in 2012, but it is not included in the FGID nor in the FIA by-laws.

The Foxridge Swim and Racquet Club is a private entity that is not connected to any of the 11 Foxridge Filings.
