Your membership continues to improve our community!

Membership is now open for 2024. 


There are two steps:

  • Complete the short Membership Form. 

  • Scroll down to pay by Zelle or PayPal, or to see the mailing address if you would like to mail a check.

    • Your $60 voluntary membership pays for all FIA services and events and helps improve our neighborhood!
    Dues may be paid by check, Zelle® or PayPal®.

    Fundraising Goal

    Foxridge has 934 homes. Our goal is to have 500 paid members!

    In 2023, we had 411 paid members.

    In 2022, we had 444 paid members.
    In 2021, we had 407 paid members.

    In 2020, we had 406 paid members.
     

    Benefits of Membership

    Membership in the Foxridge Improvement Association (FIA) is available to all 934 residences. Our voluntary dues are $60 annually, covering January 1 - December 31. Join today!!

  • ​The Foxridge Improvement Association is not a Home Owners Association. The Foxridge community is comprised of 11 filings, with each one having its own covenants.

  • The FIA is governed by an elected board. Board meetings are held at 7pm on the 2nd Wednesday each month.

    Teen Services
    If you have a teen who is interested in babysitting, pet sitting, house sitting, dog walking, etc, please click HERE to submit a form with that information to be listed on the Teen Services page in Foxtales. The Teen Services list is not published online; it is only included in the mailed copy.
