There are two steps:

Your $60 voluntary membership pays for all FIA services and events and helps improve our neighborhood!

Benefits of Membership
Membership in the Foxridge Improvement Association (FIA) is available to all 934 residences. Our voluntary dues are $60 annually, covering January 1 - December 31. Join today!!

​The Foxridge Improvement Association is not a Home Owners Association. The Foxridge community is comprised of 11 filings, with each one having its own covenants.

The FIA is governed by an elected board. Board meetings are held at 7pm on the 2nd Wednesday each month.

Teen Services
If you have a teen who is interested in babysitting, pet sitting, house sitting, dog walking, etc, please click HERE to submit a form with that information to be listed on the Teen Services page in Foxtales. The Teen Services list is not published online; it is only included in the mailed copy.
