Saturday’s Dumpster Day Plus was a huge success—thank you to everyone who pitched in!
With multiple dumpsters, metal and electronics recycling, and a 24-foot Goodwill truck filled with gently used donations, our community showed up strong for a cleaner, greener neighborhood.
This event continues to develop each year, offering more sustainable options to help us all reduce, reuse, and recycle.
Big thanks to Gurdeep’s leadership, the FIA Board, and all the amazing volunteers who pitched in Saturday morning to keep things running smoothly. Many thanks to Metrum Community Credit Union for their generous sponsorship toward the e-recycling pickup.
The post about Dumpster Day and the community win was great to read, especially how it showed neighbors working together to improve their shared environment. I remember taking part in a community clean-up event during college and being surprised by how much of a difference a group effort could make, and I had used assignment help for engineering students during that busy period to keep my studies organized. It reminded me that positive change often starts when people come together for a common goal.
